Your Impact on Our Mission:
This role exists to drive revenue and brand growth through strategic promotions, loyalty programs, vendor partnerships, and retail execution—all while upholding Sunday Goods’ premium positioning.
How You’ll Contribute:
- Own discount strategy, promotional calendars, and ROI analysis to maximize sales without diluting brand value.
- Lead the loyalty program, leveraging data to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships (e.g., tech platforms, influencers, wholesale partners) to amplify reach and efficiency.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team (2 direct reports) while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Serve as the ultimate brand steward, ensuring all touchpoints reflect our premium, nature-inspired ethos.
Success Metrics:
- Revenue growth from promotions and loyalty initiatives.
- Vendor partnership performance (cost efficiency, incremental sales).
- Brand consistency scores (audits, customer feedback).

A Day in the Life:
- Promotions & Pricing: Design discount strategies, analyze performance, and adjust tactics in real time.
- Loyalty Program: Oversee program enhancements, personalized offers, and member engagement.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, track KPIs, and identify new partners to drive growth.
- Team Leadership: Guide direct reports in content, retail marketing, and campaign execution.
- Brand Governance: Audit all customer-facing materials (digital, in-store, wholesale) for alignment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Product, and Creative teams on GTM plans.
- Data Storytelling: Translate retail and wholesale metrics into actionable insights for leadership.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years in brand/marketing leadership (CPG, cannabis, or luxury retail preferred).
- 3+ years managing teams and external vendors.
- Expertise in promotion strategy, loyalty programs, and retail marketing.
- Proven ability to balance premium branding with commercial performance.
- Strong analytical skills (syndicated data, Excel, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills—able to influence executives and frontline teams alike.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus).
- Passion for cannabis culture and compliance (industry experience ideal).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in cannabis retail or regulated industries.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite or collaboration with designers.
