Spring Cafe Aspen uses organic cold-pressed oils, sea salt, and fresh herbs in our cooking. The sauces and dressings are all made in-house. They use gluten-free and sprouted flours to make our pastries and desserts. Maple syrup, coconut sugar, or agave are used to sweeten baked goods. The eggs are pastured and sourced locally. If the ingredients are not certified organic, it means they sourced them from small, local farms that follow the strictest organic or biodynamic principles.
