Hill House Home is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Intern to join our New York a 10-week summer program, reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Associate. This role will support day-to-day brand marketing operations with a focus on PR sample management, photoshoot execution, and cross-functional coordination, playing a key role in keeping the team running smoothly during both day-to-day and peak campaign moments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support PR and influencer sample ordering, including tracking and coordinating shipments
  • Manage high-volume sample trafficking, including check-in/check-out of seasonal samples
  • Assist with style-out preparation by pulling, organizing, and prepping samples for influencer seeding, press requests, and internal shoots
  • Coordinate returns and maintain sample closets, ensuring inventory systems are consistently up to date and organized
  • Provide photoshoot and content support, including packing/unpacking, steaming, tagging, and assisting on set
  • Ensure all samples are in shoot-ready condition (clean, steamed, and complete with correct accessories)
  • Support cross-functional requests across PR, marketing, growth, and e-commerce teams
  • Assist with event coordination and general brand marketing initiatives as needed
  • Take on detail-oriented, operational tasks to improve team efficiency and workflow
  • Provide additional bandwidth during peak moments such as launches, events, and campaign shoots

  • Comfortable handling logistics and operational tasks with precision
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Program Details:

  • Duration: 10- Week Program ( June - August )
  • Schedule: Must be available to work in-person in our NYC offices, Tuesday - Thursday. Full-time opportunities available.
  • Compensation: $20/hour
