Title: Business Operations Intern (Summer 2025)
Location: New York, NY (3 days/week in office)
Schedule: 8-week internship, beginning June 10
Compensation: $18/hour


This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As our Business Operations Intern, you’ll participate in an 8-week rotational program that gives you exposure to the core operating teams behind our brand.

You’ll spend time across:

  • Product Development & Operations: Assist in tracking product timelines, organizing sample reviews, and supporting vendor communication.
  • Merchandising: Help analyze sales data, support product assortment planning, and prepare for line reviews.
  • Retail & eCommerce: Support store operations and online merchandising, including store visit prep, inventory processes, and competitive analysis.
  • Cross-functional Projects: Collaborate with team leaders on high-priority initiatives and attend weekly lunch & learns with leadership to deepen your understanding of the business.

At the end of the program, you’ll present a final project sharing key insights or recommendations for the business. You’ll have the support of your managers and mentors throughout the process.

Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (rising junior or senior preferred)
  • Interested in startups, retail, fashion, or consumer goods
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite (especially Sheets and Slides)
